How to Donate

Foundations for Education (FFE) has been a US non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization (EIN 65-0766271) since 1997. All US donations are tax-deductible. We have had charity status in Canada since September of 2006. We give receipts for Canadian donations for $20.00 or more. We give educational scholarships for Mayan young people and support educational projects in Guatemala, Central America.

There are absolutely no overhead costs at Foundations for Education. This means that every cent of your donation will go directly to the scholarships and development projects. We will send you a receipt for your donation and add you to our newsletter mailing list. The newsletters are sent 3 times a year. If you are supporting a student you will receive a picture of the student, grades, and a personal letter from the student 3 times a year. Any amount helps and we are grateful for whatever amount you contribute.

We have recently added PayPal to make it easier to make a donation or US donors can send a check. Thanking you in advance.
